My art is made for people who want to see their OCs, ships, or any ideas of theirs brought to life with love and sparkles.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below. CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.Thank you so much for supporting my art! Every commission means the world to me, and I take great care in making sure every one of your characters, ideas, and stories is treated with respect and love. If you have any questions at all, just message me before or during the transaction. I’m happy to talk things through!
Pay up front for all orders.
Artwork will be delivered digitally via email.
The Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Must be paid in USD
Refunds may be requested on order with no progress and/or no communication after one week.
Delays in artwork completion may be caused by delayed customer responsiveness.
Products cannot be used for commercial purposes without additional fees.
The Artist can refuse any order prior to start, and will provide a complete refund.
The Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any Non-fungible token(NFTs), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
The Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

All payments are handled securely through Ko-fi. Payment accepted in USD only.I require full payment upfront before I begin working on your commission. This helps me to stay organized and lets me know we’re both serious.

If I anticipate any form of delay, I will communicate with you as early as possible! I will do my best to be honest and clear! I want you to feel confident and informed throughout the whole commissioning process!REVISIONS POLICY
The first three revisions are completely free during the sketch phase. This is the time to request pose adjustments, facial tweaks, outfit changes, etc.Once I am past the sketch stage OR three revisions have been provided, any and each subsequent revision will incur an additional revision fee.Artwork redo will only be provided if due to artist mistake.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Life is unpredictable! Here’s what to expect if I or you need to cancel:
If I haven’t started on the artwork yet, you will receive a full refund.Refunds provided if the customer or artist cancels, according to progress of the piece.
75% in Sketching Stage, 50% in Lineart, 50% in Coloring and Rendering, and 25% in Final Revision Stage.
If the customer cancels, they will be provided their refund and the piece at it's current stage.No refunds are given once the final piece is completed and delivered.If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
All artwork is for personal use only, unless we have discussed commercial usage ahead of time.You are welcome to post the art to your socials with credit to me.
You are able to use the art as your profile picture, phone wallpaper, etc.You may not:
Sell the artwork or make money from it in any way.Use it on merchandise (Shirts, prints, pins, etc. )Claim the art as your own or remove my signature or watermark.Commercial use (YouTube banners, Twitch emotes, etc.) must be discussed ahead of time and will include an additional fee.You may not use my art in any Non-fungible token(NFTs), cryptocurrency, or feed it into Artificial Intelligence.

Here are the things I will not accept for commissions.
1. NSFW or explicit adult content.2. Hate art, bigotry, or offensive content of any kind.3. Gore or excessive violence.4. Highly complex mechanics, furries, or hyperdetailed armor (these might be outside of my current skill level, but you are always welcome to ask first!)I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or does not align with my boundaries as an artist.
